We’re pleased to announce the availability of our new service status page at status.countrynet.net.au. As our services have grown, both in customer base and types of services offered, it’s become necessary to have a single place where our customers can see the status of all our services.

While we make every effort to keep everything running smoothly with multiple fail-safes in place, things occasionally might ‘go bump in the night’. If we do experience an outage in any of our services, we’ll update this page with what we know about the problem and when we expect it to be fixed.
If you can’t get through to one of our services or it seems to be running slowly, check out the status page first. If everything looks OK there it could be a problem at your end and this might save you making a call to us to ask “Is is just me or is there a bigger problem”.

By visiting the status page you see at a glance if there are current issues with any of our services and drill down to get specifics. You can also see updates and outage history.
